Les violons barbares

Moods : 4.2.2018

Tonight, I had fun. I simply enjoyed the playfulness of the three guys who brought each one of them their personality to the game. It was rhythmic, it was special, it was lots of speedy love songs. It was pleasure from the beginning to the end. Thank you for making the public stand up and dance as well as for the great spring punk. Thank you for the Mongolian deep throat singing, for the overtones. Fascinating, mesmerising, as much as all the other elements.

As it might be known by now, I do dance on a chair. Never asked the person behind me whether it bothered them. Tonight, I just couldn’t help myself. Just loved the concert and enjoyed it.

Always been a fan of overtones singing, knew it from completely different contexts, but with these rhythms, there was a new dimension. I must say, that concert made me want to travel to Bulgaria as much as to Mongolia and start playing percussions. Maybe I should make that dream of horseback riding a reality too. It was just a great evening which made me go places in my mind where I haven’t been yet in reality. All good. Another opening to different worlds in one. This was one of these concerts to recharge batteries.
